This English version is provided for convenience. The French version is the original text. Where the two differ, the French version applies, without depriving the consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory rules of the country in which they reside.

Preparation

Every order is prepared by hand: the tie is rolled, the flowers are placed in their cases, the code card or cards are slipped into the parcel. Allow 2 to 5 working days of preparation from order confirmation, then 24 to 72 hours until the parcel is handed to the carrier. These are the periods set out in article 8 of the terms of sale.

Carriage and costs

In France, standard delivery is 7.99 euros, and it is free from 65 euros of order. Express is 10.99 euros. To the European Union, 22 euros; to the other destinations we serve, 29 euros.

The shipping method, the destinations served and the exact price appear at checkout, before you confirm the order: those are the ones that apply. You receive a confirmation email when the parcel leaves.

On arrival

Open the parcel in front of the courier if you can. If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery slip and write to us the same day at contact.lezare@gmail.com with a photograph.

The parcel contains the tie, one or more flowers in their cases, an instruction card, and one code per flower. If a case is missing, tell us before opening the others: counting the codes lets us find what went out.

Loss or delay

Tracking that has not moved for five working days is not yet a loss, but it is the moment to write to us. We open an enquiry with the carrier, who works at their own pace, and we keep you informed without waiting to be asked.

Until the parcel is in your hands, it travels at our risk and not at yours: article L216-2 of the French consumer code says so plainly. If it does not reach you, the choice is yours: we send it again, or we cancel the order and refund every sum paid, delivery costs included, within fourteen days.
