This page brings together, in one place, what you can decide about your data. The detail of what we process, why, and for how long is in the privacy policy.

Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies make the cart, the login and security work: they cannot be switched off, or the site stops working. All the others, audience measurement and personalisation included, are only set once you agree.

The privacy banner lets you accept, refuse or choose in detail, and refusing must be as easy as accepting. You can change that choice at any time through the cookie settings link on the site. Your browser can also block or delete cookies.

Our emails

We only write to people who asked us to. Every message carries an unsubscribe link, which takes effect immediately. You can also write to contact.lezare@gmail.com: it is the same thing, and we do not have to ask you why.

Objecting to a processing activity

Article 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation gives you the right to object to the processing we base on our legitimate interest. This right does not depend on where you live.

Where direct marketing is concerned, the objection is absolute: we have nothing to weigh, we stop. For other processing, site security or fraud prevention for instance, we examine your request and answer you, saying what we do and why.

Withdrawing your consent

Where a processing activity rests on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, and as easily as you gave it. Withdrawal does not call into question what was done before, and it has no effect on your orders.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not trade it for visibility. Audience measurement and advertising tools are only used if you have consented to them, and they remain subject to that choice.

Some transfers made for personalised advertising are called a sale or a share by foreign laws, American ones in particular. This page also counts as an objection to those activities for the device and browser you are using, and we take account of the global privacy signal your browser may send.

Your other rights

• Access your data and obtain a copy of it.
• Have anything inaccurate or incomplete corrected.
• Have your data erased in the cases provided by law.
• Restrict a processing activity while we examine a challenge.
• Receive your data in a machine readable format, or have it sent elsewhere.
• Give directions on what happens to your data after your death.

One address for everything: contact.lezare@gmail.com. Simply say which right you are exercising. We answer within the legal period, in principle one month from a complete request. We only ask for proof of identity where it is needed to be sure who we are answering.
